Fu\u017ei, pljukanci ili makaruni zatim rafioli glavne su zvijezde Istarskog festivala pa\u0161te, a za sve\u010dano otvorenje 30. lipnja pripremljen je i bogat program.<\/p>\n<p>Na pozornici Zad ka\u0161tela najmla\u0111i \u0107e \u017dminjci predstaviti svu rasko\u0161 istarske tradicije. Zaplesat \u0107e tako balun, sette passi i ra\u0161pu, izrecitirati stihove istarske poezije, zapjevati narodne pjesme Pala je \u0161kura no\u0107, One tri naran\u010de, Pojmo mi mala na samanj te dakako zasvirati ro\u017eenice, harmoniku i \u0161urle.<\/p>\n<p>Da bi se tradicija sa\u010duvala, ali i prenijela na budu\u0107e generacije odr\u017eat \u0107e se i radionice izrade pa\u0161te kako za odrasle tako i za djecu. Upraljte ruke i zamjesite vlastito tijesto, a potom izradite omiljenu vrstu tjestenine. Mnogo je razli\u010ditih naziva, ali sve ih ve\u017ee da su utkani u tradicionalnu istarsku gastronomiju: biguli, pljukanci ili makaruni, fu\u017ei, rafijoli, tajadele, frkanci i brojne druge tjestenine.<\/p>\n<p>Ovogodi\u0161nje izdanje Istarskog festivala pa\u0161te bogatije je no ikad, s vi\u0161e od 25 izlaga\u010da raznih proizvoda koji se ve\u017eu uz u\u017eivanje u tjestenini, dok je novitet ovogodi\u0161nje manifestacije pro\u0161irenje na prostor Spod ka\u0161tela (ispod zidina Zad ka\u0161tela) gdje \u0107e se odr\u017eati \u017dminj Craft Beer. \u010cak \u0107e 11 proizvo\u0111a\u010da craft pive predstavit svoje proizvode s bogatim programom za pivoljupce te mogu\u0107nost pra\u0107enja utakmica Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva.<\/p>\n<p>Izlaga\u010di na festival pa\u0161te dolaze iz svih dijelova Hrvatske, od naravno \u017dminja, pa Svetog Petra u \u0160umi, Loborike, Pule, Motovuna, Buzeta, Labina, zatim Zagreba, Ka\u0161tel Kambelovca, Igri\u0161\u0107a u Op\u0107ini Jakovlje u Zagreba\u010dkoj \u017eupaniji, \u0110akova i Bilja u Osje\u010dko-Baranjskoj \u017eupaniji, Cernika u Brodsko-Posavskoj te iz Vara\u017edina.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pulskasvakodnevnica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/01072017_Istarski-festival-paste-Zminj_Chef-Deniz-Zembo-u-akciji.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12874 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/pulskasvakodnevnica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/01072017_Istarski-festival-paste-Zminj_Chef-Deniz-Zembo-u-akciji.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"333\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"http:\/\/pulskasvakodnevnica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/01072017_Istarski-festival-paste-Zminj_Chef-Deniz-Zembo-u-akciji.jpg 400w, http:\/\/pulskasvakodnevnica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/01072017_Istarski-festival-paste-Zminj_Chef-Deniz-Zembo-u-akciji-150x100.jpg 150w, http:\/\/pulskasvakodnevnica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/01072017_Istarski-festival-paste-Zminj_Chef-Deniz-Zembo-u-akciji-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 333px) 100vw, 333px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Predstavit \u0107e se s proizvodima od aronije, vinima, sirevima, jogurtima, skutom, soljenom plavom ribom, in\u0107unima i srdelama, ribljim pa\u0161tetama, hobotnicama, tortama, kola\u010dima, \u010dokoladama, medom, pr\u0161utima, kobasicama, pancetom, mortadelom, salamama od mesa bo\u0161karina s tartufima, s mesom jelena, magare\u0107im mesom ili pak mesom istarskog goveda s teranom i malvazijom, ma\u0161inama za izradu tjestenine i doma\u0107ih keksi, kremama od smilja, lavande i br\u0161ljana, uljem konoplje, konopljinim proteinskim prahom, konopljinim bra\u0161nom. Naravno, rije\u010d je o industrijskoj konoplji, da ne bi bilo zabune.
