Karavana od 30-ak vrhunskih svjetskih kuhara, novinara i PR stru\u010dnjaka, pohodila je u nedjelju Vodnjan kako bi se upoznala s njegovim posebnostima, naslije\u0111em i ogromnim gastronomskim potencijalom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dvostruki najbolji chef svijeta Dabiz Munoz, glasoviti dobitnici Michelinovih zvijezdica poput, Joao Oliveire i Richarda Camarenae te uz Mintu Malgorzata novinari Voguea, Fine Dining Lovers, GQ Bruna Amendula, G\u00f6kmen S\u00f6zen turski Food and Wine ekspert, David Constable, Roy Yerushalmi osniva\u010d &#8220;World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants MENA&#8221; Academy Chair \u2013 Israel, VICE, La Cucina Italiana, Identita Golose, CN Traveller, Conde Nast, FoodInLife i predstavnici Guccija, imali su prilike na\u0107i se u gradu iz kojeg u svijet odlaze najkvalitetnija ekstra djevi\u010danska maslinova ulja. Temelj suvremene gastronomije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U epicentru maslinarske renesanse ugledni su gosti gostovali ve\u0107 pro\u0161le godine, a odu\u0161evljenje ovim netaknutim istarskim biserom, koje su jo\u0161 lani nesebi\u010dno pokazivali svjetski stru\u010dnjaci, uvjerilo je organizatore festivala da Vodnjan mora postati obavezna stanica na izletu rezerviranom za festivalske predava\u010de i paneliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Po drugu godinu zaredom svi mi prenose veliko odu\u0161evljenje Brijunima i Vodnjanom, te kako im to \u010dini vrhunac putovanja. U svakom jelu se osjeti autenti\u010dnost uz nevjerojatnu gostoljubivost. Odu\u0161evljava ih broj vrhunskih maslinovih ulja koja su imali priliku ku\u0161ati&#8221;, poru\u010dio je direktor programa Hrvoje Petri\u0107 te izrazio uvjerenje da \u0107e i ove godine gosti i novinari o\u010daranost Istrom, prvenstveno Brijunima i Vodnjanom, prenijeti svijetu i svojim milijunskim pratiteljima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bez vrhunskog ekstra djevi\u010danskog maslinovog ulja nema vrhunske gastronomije, a kad se dolazi u Vodnjan, onda se uglavnom dolazi upravo zbog njega. Me\u0111utim, gosti su imali prilike upoznati se i s nizom drugih vodnjanskih delicija i gastronomskih specifi\u010dnosti, poput glasovitog Vin de Rosa, pr\u0161uta ili sireva. Naglasak Press tripa je naravno na upoznavanju s autenti\u010dnom kuhinjom pa je i gastro stru\u010dnjake odu\u0161evilo koliko je autohtona tradicionalna istarska gastronomija i na\u010din pripreme hrane bliska trendovima svjetske kuhinje. Ukusne, zdrave i kvalitetne namirnice te jednostavna priprema zajedni\u010dki su im nazivnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pritom su se mogli opustiti u prisnoj atmosferi, gostoljubivosti doma\u0107ina Grada Vodnjan-Dignano, Agroturista, Turisti\u010dke Zajednice Grada Vodnjana i Comunita&#8217; degli italiani di Dignano &#8211; Zajednice Talijana Vodnjan koji osvajaju skromno\u0161\u0107u i jednostavno\u0161\u0107u. Ugledne goste ve\u0107 su u popodnevnim satima doma\u0107ini do\u010dekali ispred crkve sv. Bla\u017ea otkud je krenuo kratki obilazak Vodnjana. Svjetski poznati kuhari i drugi stru\u010dnjaci odu\u0161evili su se bogatim naslije\u0111em, svjetovnom i crkvenom arhitekturom, povije\u0161\u0107u, a ponajvi\u0161e izvorno\u0161\u0107u Vodnjana, nenaru\u0161enu uplivom turizma. U dojmljivoj Zajednici Talijana Vodnjan na maloj tr\u017enici lokalnih proizvoda prije ve\u010dere uz dru\u017eenje s proizvo\u0111a\u010dima predstavljena su im ponajbolja ekstra djevi\u010danska maslinovog ulja, ona koja osvajaju svijet svojom kvalitetom, ali i drugi autenti\u010dni proizvodi Vodnjan\u0161tine poput vina Teraboto koji u svojoj paleti tako\u0111er njeguju tradiciju Vin de Rosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalna istarska ve\u010dera s potpisom chefa Roberta Peri\u0107a i LF Cateringa u nekoliko sljedova pripremljena je u intimnom ambijentu Ekomuzeja Istrian de Dignan, koji na najbolji na\u010din do\u010darava izvorno bumbarsko doma\u0107instvo. Imali su prilike ku\u0161ati tradicionalnu mane\u0161tru, fritaju s divljim radi\u0107em i mladom kapulom, fu\u017ee sa \u0161parugama i \u0161paletom, janjetinu na padelu s polama krumpira&#8230; Ve\u010dera je okrunjena istarskim vinima De\u0161kovi\u0107, Medea, Roxanich, Dobravac i Babos te vodnjanskim maslinovim uljima Baioco, Brist, Meloto, Stancija St. Antonio, Cadenela, sirevima s Kumpari\u010dke, rakijama destilerije Damijani\u0107, kavom pr\u017eionice Bora Nera s glasovitim Bur\u0161i\u0107evim pr\u0161utima i sirevima OPG-a Cetina, naravno uz autohtone amarette i tortu od skute Morisa Civitica i Vin de Rosa.
